Lido Beach

Scott Waldman moved to Los Angeles in September of 2003 with an English BA from the University of Michigan in one hand and a few instruments in the other. After spending a few years playing bass in another band, Scott decided to start his own group named after his hometown Lido Beach (Leigh + dough beach) in late May of 2007.

Lido Beach’s percussive and passionate sound has been described as Nirvana meets the Beatles. The band just played sold out shows in Hollywood and New York and this is without the support of an album. Currently working on new songs, the band plans to practice, perform and impress in 2007.
