How times change.................... the below blurbs were all well and good at one point in time. i'll leave them just so we can reflect back on a point in our lives where we were caught up in a mainstream attempt to fit in and excel in the modern day music industry. i have to reflect upon that from time to time as a huge growing pain. for what it was worth it was still a point in our lives. but, now things and times have changed. expression is first and foremost in the front window and miles to go is now in our rearview mirror. download and rock it for whatever it's worth.. but more important register to vote if ur 18 and up. make your mark on today's imperialistic nation and vote.peace, chad What's up? Which was recorded in San Diego's premier Goldentrack Studios Engineered/Produced by Steve Wetherbee. Lates! 16 Hour Drive 16 Hour Drive is a pop-punk trio that hails from San Diego, California. Their catchy guitars and lyrics, sophisticated drums, intrigate bass lines and melodic vocal harmonies set this San Diego trio apart from your average Southern Cal punk band. The band has been hard at work playing shows, building a following, and in the studio recording their upcoming album Miles to Go under the creative and watchful eye of Producer/Engineer Steve Weatherbee 'POD' at Goldentrack Studios. The album was released in May of 2004 and has been making a statement with high record sales and high interest from some major key players in the music industry today. This album follows up their self-titled EP which was released July 2003. Their self-titled EP has been distributed to over 60 college radio stations nationwide and has received air play on San Diegos local 92.1 FM. Playing major venues such as The Roxy and The Whisky in Hollywood, and San Diegos own SOMA Live, and appearing on major websites such as purevolume.com, 16 Hour Drive has also been hard at work with the diy approach and started their own record label as well as their own distribution company and had an overwhelmingly positive response from its fans as well as industry representatives. The band has a European tour booked for July 29 through Aug 15 with established Belgium band 'Gino's Eyeball'. Both bands released a split CD together in early 2004 and have had an overwhelming positive response in Europe. So look for 16 Hour Drive touring in support of their new record 'Miles To Go' in a city near you. Visit www.16hourdrive.net for more information on the band. 2002 - 2006 16 Hour Drive
