In the world of music, a behind-the-scenes look is quite common. Whether it's in the form of a studio video, social media update, or released demo, music listeners have a general idea of what a band or artist is going through in the weeks, months, and years leading up to a new album. That type of peek behind the curtain is far, far less frequent in the world of stand-up comedy--or at least it was.
