That's what is special about art. It means something different to everybody and is therefore valued different. I would never spend $700 on Circa Survive but I know that there are a couple of bands who, provided the package was sufficiently amazing, I would gladly spend close to that amount on. I've been checking all day to see when the Anchor & Braille preorder goes up and when the preorder for Anberlin's next goes up, I'll definitely be buying something "special" if the option is there. While Circa Survive isn't one of "those bands" for me, I understand that they are for some people and I'm not at all surprised that those sets are sold out. I might order the vinyl by itself though...
