Before I begin my review, I want everyone to know that this is the perfect example of a "Hollywood kiss ass"
Now, with that being said, Platinum Dunes have once again managed to fuck up a good thing. When I first heard about this remake, I had mixed emotions, but when New Line announced the casting of Jackie Earle Haley as Freddy Krueger, I became more optimistic about this project. I even went back to watching all the original Elm Street films in chronological order while I was snowed in back in February.
