|So my vinyl box set for Thrice's The Alchemy Index came today and it was worth the wait. If you are a fan of the band or the album it's worth purchasing.|
It is put together in a book style format with the vinyl sliding in between what forms the pages of each element. There is also small notes from each of the band members for all of the songs on the first and last page.
I've added some pictures to my photoblog.

|So 2 years ago today I joined this very website. Yes I joined to get the stream/download of a new Fall Out Boy single (Arms Race?). I had read the news for a while but never had a need to sign up. I still didn't partake in posting for a long while, not that I really do now.|
The only semi regular posting I've done is in either the Official Lost Thread (not for a while though) and The Entertainment Round Up. The latter being one of the main reasons I started visiting more.
I have done one review in my 2 years and a lot of lurking! The website has definitely grown and changed just in the 2 years I've been visiting. With the addition of AP Chats probably being the most notable. I am excited to see the 'new' version of the site soon hopefully!
In the 2 years since joining I have got engaged, bought a house and have just arranged my wedding in New York for next year.
This site has given me lots of laughs, new music and the latest news about the bands I love.

|Who You Are
|My favourite album from last year. The nights are drawing in and the leaves are falling. It's the perfect time to listen to this gem.|
If you haven't given it a listen go check out Cary Brothers - Who You Are.

|This is the first day of my life
|. . . . In my new house.|
I have been moving all of my stuff into my new house this week, this is the first time I've sat down all week.
At 23 I've decided it's time to finally leave my parents house and join the world of debt.
It's a great feeling to be in my own place with my fiancée. I feel like I'm now in the next phase of my life.
Bring on the quarter life crisis!

|Recommendations 7th August 2008
This week saw the release of the first new single from Folie a Deux. Like most things they do today it was met with love and hate. I really enjoyed the single and it made me more excited for the album.
Don't be mad they got popular, take some pride in it.
I am all about Arrested Development at the moment. Such a great show, some of the best lines ever.
Tobias Fünke: O-kay, who'd like a banger in the mouth?
Tobias Fünke: Right, I forgot, here in the States, you call it a *sausage* in the mouth.
Michael: We just call it a sausage.
Narrator: Tobias listens to a day's worth of his own words, to see what Michael was referring to...
Tobias Fünke: [on tape] ... even if it means me taking a chubby, I will suck it up.
Tobias Fünke: Nothing wrong with that.
Tobias Fünke: [on tape] Oh, I've been in the film business for a while, but I just can't seem to get one in the can.
Tobias Fünke: It's out of context.
Tobias Fünke: [on tape] I wouldn't mind kissing that man between the cheeks.
Narrator: ...and he realized there is something distinct about the way he speaks.
Tobias Fünke: Tobias, you blowhard.
Tobias Fünke: Michael, you are quite the cupid. You can stick an arrow in my buttocks any time.
Tobias Fünke: Okay, Lindsay, are you forgetting that I was a professional twice over - an analyst and a therapist. The world's first analrapist.

|Tonight I finally got to see The Dark Knight. It lives up to all the hype and is worthy of all the praise. I am going to pick out some of my favourite scenes and quotes later. For now I am going to take in the view of The London Eye and Big Ben from my hotel window.|
