Music in Mexico has become something horrible, radio stations only play pop and reggaeton, I'm not saying pop is bad but I think reggaeton is just an aberration. Almost 5 years ago it first appeared in Mexico with Daddy Yankee and from there things started going down. Reggaeton right now is not only music but a way of dancing. It has become an influence in culture and music that is everywhere.
Here's an example of the kind of thing that this "music" has become. This kids have around 14 years and apparently they are in a school festival. I don't understand how their parents and even the school administration let them do this kind of things for everyone to see.
I gave New Again another try and I kinda like it more, still it's not AOTY or anything close but some tracks are getting catchy. I hope if they get to make another record Adam's vocals improves and a second voice comes in, I still think it wasn't a very good contribution of Fazzi.
Today I got back to school, I'm sleepy, got to get up at 5:30 am, but it was cool, it was a nice day and apparently I have nice classmates, my best friend's in it, so that's cool. Gotta catch up with homework, this will be a tough semester, I already have like 4 projects due the 8th of november.
Each day that passes by there's more and more inside my house and there's no way to take them out. We use ant killer, they disappear for a few hours and then come back. I might kill 10 with my finger one day and the next day I kill 20, and the next day more and more appear.
One day I even found one on my soap, was it taking a bath?
I even ask myself why they are here in Earth, do they bring balance to our existence? They take food we don't need but besides that, what do they do?
We should even be careful with them, they might rebel themselves just like in Bug's Life.
Maybe a lot of people don't know this but El Chavo del Ocho was and it's still is a famous Mexican show. It's broadcast in Latin America and I believe in some parts of United States too.
I found this video where its main character, El Chavo del Ocho, and his gang are "performing" Chop Suey by System of a Down.
