Blitz Kids' new single, 'Story', featuring Aled Phillips of Kids In Glass Houses, can be downloaded here in exchange for a tweet or Facebook post.

Pulled Apart By Horses have rescheduled their cancelled Newcastle Cluny show to January the 11th. Rebooked dates for other two shows that the band cancelled due to illness this weekend, in Dundee and Inverness, will be announced in the near future.

All of Hassle Records' 2010 releases are now available at two for £12, three for £15, four for £18 or five for £20. The releases, including 35daysofstatic's 'We Were Exploding Anyway', Rolo Tomassi's 'Cosmology' and We Are The Ocean's reissue of 'Cutting Our Teeth', can be purchased from the Hassle Records Store.

Another batch of weekend tickets for the 2011 Reading and Leeds Festivals will be on sale from the 3rd until the 31st of December.

Three live tracks from Attack! Attack! (UK)'s recent show at Wrexham Central Station have been plated on Bethan Elfyn's BBC introducing... in Wales radio show. UK residents can listen to the programme here.

Not Advised's new single, 'Right Now', is now available on iTunes.

A limited number of additional standing tickets for Pendulum's date at the Newcastle Metro Radio Arena have been released. Tickets for the band's December UK tour are available here.

Young Guns have announced the support acts for their November headline dates in Gloucester and Stoke. Spycatcher and Minutes will support the band in Gloucester on the 16th and Rio and Jett Black complete the line-up for the Stoke date on the 17th November.

Ten Second Epic have posted a MySpace blog explaining why they are no longer touring with Twenty Twenty.

Kids In Glass Houses have released a double-A-side 7" single. The white vinyl, which features the songs 'The Best Is Yet To Come' and 'Sunshine', is available for £5 here.
The band have also announced that they are throwing a Christmas Party at Cardiff's Clwb Ifor Bach. Aled from the band will DJ around sets from Save Your Breath, Town and Boom.

The Blackout are to record their new album with the help of PledgeMusic. Each minimum pledge of £8 entitles a pledger to a download of the finished album. Other exclusives on offer include signed copies of the album, an exclusive London Camden Barfly gig (with support from My Passion), the opportunity to sing gang vocals on the album and a number of signed instruments. You Me At Six are to play a one-off Halloween show at The Regal in Oxford on the 31st of October. The fancy dress event will feature support from Kids In Glass Houses, The Blackout and Deaf Havana. Tickets are available here.

LAB Records have signed The Summer Set in the UK/EU. Expect an exclusive bonus edition of their record 'Love Like This' early next year.

Dive Dive have signed to Xtra Mile and will release their new single, 'Liar' on December 13th with a new album called 'Potential' to follow.

Your Demise will play a one-off London show at the 100 Club on October 20th. The show is part of Rock Sound's "Secret Sessions" and tickets can be purchased here.

Walnut Tree Records have announced details of 'The Secret Treehouse' club, where subscribers receive an exclusive single, postcard and badge on six consecutive Mondays across November and December. The bands to be featured are: Delta/Alaska, Call Me Ishmael, Day of Rising, The Maple State, Newlands and Ghostlines. The singles are all available individually and a full subscription can be purchased for £9.99 at the Walnut Tree Records Store.

Jimmy Eat World have added a new date to their sold-out November tour. The band will now play the O2 Academy in Leeds on the 15th of November. Tickets are available here.

Bring Me The Horizon's new album 'There Is A Hell Believe Me I've Seen It, There Is A Heaven Let's Keep It A Secret' is now streaming on the their MySpace. The band are also attending signing sessions in HMVs in London, Birmingham and Manchester over the next week, details of which can be found here.

Against Me!'s cancellation of all 2010 tour dates includes their run of October/November UK shows and their appearance at Vans Off The Wall in Manchester on the 23rd of October. Vans organisers are currently looking into booking a replacement headliner and according to Rock Sound, support acts Fucked Up, Japanese Voyeurs and Crazy Arm are attempting to rebook the cancelled dates.

Deftones have added an extra date to their forthcoming UK tour. The band will now play Norwich's UEA on the 18th of November.

In case you were wondering, Guns N' Roses did close the Leeds Festival after threatening not to after being cut off at Reading, but not before firing a parting shot at the festival's organisers. Reading & Leeds Festivals
Videos of selected performances and interviews from the Reading and Leeds Festivals this weekend will be posted on a dedicated BBC site. Already available are interviews with Blink-182 and Arcade Fire. The lineups for both festivals can be found here and here.

As featured on the main site, The Libertines this week prepared for their appearances at the Reading and Leeds Festivals by playing two reunion gigs at London's HMV Forum. A video of the band playing 'Don't Look Back into the Sun' from the first of the shows can be seen here.

The new Slaves To Gravity video for 'Honesty' can be seen here, with the single slated for a 27th of September release. The band will also be supporting Lacuna Coil on their autumn tour of the UK.

Slipknot are to release '(sic)nesses', a live DVD of their legendary headlining set at the 2009 Download Festival. The package will also feature a 45-minute documentary from the band's 'All Hope Is Gone' tour cycle. The DVD is set for a UK release on the 28th of September.

The lineup for this year's Butserfest has been announced.

The main stage will be headlined by The King Blues and feature additional performances from We Are The Ocean, My Passion, Young Guns, Bury Tomorrow, Fei Comodo, Shadows Chasing Ghosts, Mike TV, The Theory Of 6 Degrees, 3 Ways of Thinking, We Start Partys, As We Climb, The Light Divided and The Famous Class.

The second stage lineup is to include Deaf Havana, Lecarla, The City Calls, Tonight We Fly, Mr Temper, Precilla Broke, Johnny Black and Luke Ferre Band.

Killing For Company have released a charity single entitled 'Former Mining Town' in memory of their recently departed drummer Stuart Cable, who passed away in June. Proceeds from the single will be split between the Teenage Cancer Trust and the Ty Hafan Children's Hospice in Cardiff. The song is available on itunes, Amazon UK and Play.com.

Attack! Attack! (UK) have signed to Hassle Records. Their new album 'The Latest Fashion' can now be purchased from the Hassle Records Store along with an exclusive acoustic CD and a free t-shirt.

An additional 3,500 weekend tickets for this year's Reading Festival went on sale on the 24th of July at 10am. The tickets are probably sold out by now, but if not can be purchased here.

Never Means Maybe, You And What Army, Malefice, Cerebral Ballzy, Enforcer, The Defiled, Karma To Burn, Winnebago Deal, October File, Sweet Savage, No Mean City, This Is Devine, Stand Up Guy, Love Amongst Ruin, Heights, Hearts Under Fire, Sacred Betrayal, Headcharger, Kvelertak and Bleed From Within have all been added to the lineup for the UK leg of the Sonisphere Festival, taking place in Knebworth later this month.

Comedians Emo Phillips, Jason Byrne, Stephen K Amos, Kevin Bridges, Russel Kane and Rufus Hound are set to headline the stage, which will also feature beatboxer Beardyman, rappers Rinse, Wariko and Afrikanboy, Eddie Argos and DJ sets from Smash N Grab, Rebel Bingo and DJ Goldirocks.

Funeral For A Friend this week appeared on the BBC Introducing in Wales radio show. The band discussed their experiences playing in China and played tracks from their favourite new bands including Tiger Please and Caesars Rome. The show can be heard in full here.

We Are The Ocean will play a free all ages show at London's Garage on the 29th of July to celebrate the release of their new single 'All Of This Has To End'. Entry will be granted on a first-come, first-serve basis with doors at 7pm.

Madina Lake have confirmed that they will honour their forthcoming UK dates without hospitalised bassist Matthew Leone. The band will play their five August headline dates as a threepiece, in addition to appearances at the Sonisphere, Boardmasters and Hevy Festivals.

In addition to supporting Limp Bizkit on their forthcoming European tour, The Blackout will join You Me At Six as main support throughout their December UK tour.

Paramore have added two more shows to their November tour. They will play the Nottingham Trent FM arena on the 8th and the Manchester MEN Arena on the 19th of November. Tickets are available here.

Thrice are to play a warm up show for this year's Reading and Leeds Festivals at the Electric Ballroom in London on the 26th of August. Tickets are priced at £16 and can be purchased here.

An exclusive Young Guns deal will be available from the 12th of July at the Drop Dead Clothing store. The combo will include the band's debut album 'All Our Kings Are Dead' alongside alternative album artwork and a limited edition T-shirt/vest.
