| im not a self help book, im just a fucked up kid. |
| once again, i'm absolutely dumbfounded and astonished at what the wonder years have created. when the upsides first came out, i was telling myself "this is it. this is THAT band, the band that when you think of your yesteryears, you'll remember above all the other ones". that statement holds true, and once again this band has made me feel great for being alive in this day and age. musically, lately, i've been feeling a bit down and out as my favorite bands begin to sink into the dirt and fall into the age old cliche of dumbing down the music for financial reasons. the wonder years, is a band that i wholeheartedly believe will never do anything of the sort, and placing that kind of trust on a group in this deep dark pit of an industry, has time and time again become very hard for me to do. however, i don't think i'll ever have any trust issues with a band like this. bravo. | |

i remember getting the game "burnout 3" when i was younger, i because of the amazing soundtrack in that game, i am where i am today. yay. | |

for the new emery album have me wondering whether im gonna pick it up or not. the weak's end was a damn fine masterpiece, thats fer' sure.
