So Tuesday night my friend gave me a call and told me he had an extra ticket to the OneRepublic show. No one knew about the show because it was one of those college tours. And I totally love them so I was pretty excited to hit that show up. I jumped in the shower and left fer the show. =] We waited around for a little bit and finally the boys came on stage. We were real close to the stage, so that was pretty cool. Ryan Tedder has the most incredible voice I have ever heard live. He hits notes that I didn't even know existed. They didn't seem to have a super awesome stage show but the sound was great. I'm one to jump around and dance and this was a chill show. But for a chill show it was hella tight. =D
Hopefully next show will be Our Last Night, Sky Eats Airplane, LoveHateHero and Alesana.
If not it'll be a south florida festival called Sunfest with artists such as:
The Secret Handshake
Scary Kids Scaring Kids
The Drive Home
Either show is going to be awesome lets just see which one i get to first =]
Decided I should blog about the shows I go to. And the last show I hit up was the AP tour and it was hella fun. Forever The Sickest Kids opened up the show and they were phenomenal. I loved them before I went to the show and even more after. Their stage show was ridiculous. I had backstage passes so I went to pick them up after I watched FTSK. The guys wouldnt let us back because they were being uber gay so i sat outside on the curb. And Jonathan Cook, the lead singer of FTSK came up to me and started a conversation with me. He was a really cool guy and so were the rest of the FTSK guys. Then we headed backstage to watch Sonny and they were alright, not my thing. Then we watched The Matches sitting side stage. Those are some energetic and talented dudes. Then after The Matches got off Jack from All Time Low introduced himself to me and he was really cool. He's uber cute so it was hard to start a conversation with him. But then they went on stage it they were incredible. Their intro was hilarious and awesome. Those boys are hella cute and hella amazing. Then we got to say hi and hang out with Bryce Avery of the Rocket Summer. Then Bryce hit the stage and i was in shock of how good he is live. He played every instrument by himself at one point of the show, real cool. Then after the show I got to hang out with Jack from ATL a little bit more and he was really awesome. Girlie crushhhhhh.! And then i got to meet Alex from ATL and he was gorgeous. Nice guys all of them.
