After giving the upcoming All That Remains' record, For We Are Many, a few spins, I've decided that it's basically a continuation of their latest Overcome. ATR continue to blend their metal background and ideals with radio-rock sounding parts on FWAM. At times, it works as a cohesive whole; however, at other points, it appears the band lacks a true identity on the record, for they don't know if they want to return to their metal roots or be a band fit for heavy rock radio.
Record drops October 12. Review should be up around then. |
