I'm back on track with my schedule. Hopefully the email I sent to my teacher comes back with a positive response and I don't have to re-work my proposal. The library sucks at night, so depressing and creepy. I hate going there. Lots of amateurs hang out in the library. There's lots of tension. It's not a place of good karma (or whatever similar idea you believe in).
Tomorrow should be a good day. I'll be seeing Crime in Stereo, Four Year Strong, A Day To Remember and maybe NFG, though we might leave before they play. Never was a huge fan of theirs. Unless they start with "Catalyst," I like that song. Anyway, all that's standing in my way is the teacher email and a one page, double-spaced paper on some articles in a book. I've read all but one of the articles, and I think I know what I'm going to write about, so that's a good start. Need to get right on that after class and lunch tomorrow. No diddly-daddling!!!
And if you're looking for some cliche, sorta sad and pretty dang good music made by one high school kid, check out my friend and yours: www.myspace.com/toliveincolor. The song has its problems, but it also has potential. Peep that, please?
Just a quick one. I've created a gameplan for my week. Thought it would be a good idea to post it in here in case (read: when) I forget. Got some actual school stuff to do that's not advertising, so this should be a dull week.
Tonight: maybe read Zohar, maybe look for images
Monday: Finish last two ads for Era. No exceptions
Tuesday: Begin proposal for religion
Wednesday: Finish proposal for religion
Thursday: Write and finish Art Response Paper
Friday and Saturday: Nothing, root on Tigers
Sunday: Brainstorm next ad category. Try to get as much done before Wednesday so studying can begin for Art midterm.
Also need to write up some questions for This Town Needs Guns and post a review for Crime in Stereo. I hope I can get both those done.
