Drew Danburry is a singer-songwriter who has toured and released records independently for approximately eight years now. It is debated whether this itinerantly musical lifestyle began in high school under the small but groundbreaking rap career he supposedly chartered or if it really started when a band was formed in college with some friends in the summer of 2002. Nonetheless, the facts are simple and straightforward, and to avoid any celebritizing of normality, here are the unfettered facts regarding Drew Danburry. 2004: Released "An Introduction To Sex Rock" and began touring around the country. 2005: Released "Besides: Are We Just Playing Around Out Here..." Played Pop Montreal Music Festival and the First Annual Bellingham Pop Music Festival with Mount Eerie and Dennis Driscoll. Toured with The Robot Ate Me, Lydia, and Aubrey Debauchery. Played shows with Scary Kids Scaring Kids, Meg & Dia, Hockey Night, Racetrack, Benton Paul, Will Sartain and Seve vs. Evan. (170) 2006: Toured with Harry and the Potters, Aubrey Debauchery, TaughtMe, and Seve vs. Evan. Booked, promoted and organized a DIY tour to Europe. Played shows with Deer Tick, Viking Moses, Joshua James and the Southern Boys, Headlights, The Little Ones, Horse Feathers, Red Pony Clock, Jason Anderson, Cedarwell, and Southerly. (215) 2007: Released Drew Danburry/Fatal Fury and the Lasercats's "Live In France!" and the "Mother" EP. Toured with Lilu Dallas, BigBigCar (now known as Jookabox or Grampall Jookabox), Jacob Smigel, The Robot Ate Me, Aubrey Debauchery, Riesage, and Iji. Played the Pop Montreal Music Festival and the Hyperactive Music Festival. Played shows with Lydia, Zookeeper, The Umbrellas, Say Anything, Jake Bellows (of Neva Dinova), Someone Still Loves You Boris Yeltsin, Headlights, Mount Eerie, Thanksgiving, Deer Tick, Everthus the Deadbeats, Chick Pimp, June Madrona, Math the Band, The Sweet Sweet Things, Seve vs. Evan, Ok Ikumi, Fishboy, Redbear and Midwest Dilemma.
