Biography My name is Chris Swinney. I play guitar in The Ataris and The Widow Jenkins. I have toured and worked for or played with: Brazil, From First To Last, Emery, Bigwig, Pennywise, The Reason, and many more.
I teach guitar and record bands in my recording studio. I am married and have two dogs.

09:04 PM on 04/08/09 | Vocals/Guitar - Modern Chemistry hey man i just wanted to let you know the ataris is one of my favorite bands of all time and i cant wait to hear the new demo tomorrow! i cant even explain how excited i am haha. so i was wondering how'd you get involved with the ataris?
and also id love it if you would let me knwo what you thought of my band. www.myspace.com/thinkingpatterns we only have rough demos up and im not trying to do any cheap marketing ploys id just love to know what you think and/or if you had any tips.
again, you're band is a huge part of my life and i cant wait to hear the new song tomorrow!

Just got back from seeing Kris play an acoustic show here in my hometown Adelaide, South Australia. I was lucky enough to have a chat to him before and after the show.
Just wanted to wish you luck with the upcoming Misfits covers and South Africa Tour.
