I've been going through a really tough period in my life. My high school experience was terrible. I was quite overweight, and was always picked on, and have suffered from depression since then in a big way. I've considered suicide in the past, and I've had so many bad things happen to me. I must cry myself to sleep every night. I'm really alone in my life, and friendless as I have no close friends. I dress in an 'alternative' way, sort've described as 'punk', though people here treat me like an outcast. It's hard to be yourself here.

However, I just want to thank you and the rest of Good Charlotte for getting me through these tough times. Your songs remind me that there could be better times ahead, and I'm really trying to get to Uni over in England in an attempt to change my life. Along with other bands, Good Charlotte have been an inspiration for me whenever it comes to pop punk. Continue working hard, and good luck for the future with everything. Love you guys.

Just listened to Cardiology on myspace.
GCFAM has been waiting 3 years for this. Let me just tell you, its amazing. I couldn't be any happier. I just wanna like... get up and dance! seriously, you guys never let me down. I dont even have a single favorite song, because it is all PERFECT. each song makes me feel good. I cant wait to rock out with you guys when you tour with this new music. Hurry up, and come back to NJ/NY!! haha :)

Joel, if you read this, ignore the haters bro. For them it may be bland and generic but for the rest of us there is always meaning in songs. I see a lot of hate not just for Good Charlotte but other artists as well. A lot of these songs are relate-able so keep up the awesome work and I've been waiting forever to hear Cardiology!

I like the site too, but honestly I stopped coming on here because there are way too many stupid comments about GC, and it pisses me off so much. I'm actually sorry for the people who comment just to insult or be negative. It's pretty lame. Don't listen to haters. That's all they can do, hate.
Anyways, glad to see you here! I'm so freakin' excited for the new album! Been listening to Counting The Days since yesterday. I'm addicted haha.
