Force Media Management sent out a promotional email yesterday letting people know what's coming up next year. This sentence may excite some of you:
BTW, in the next year be on the lookout for new music from Vacationer, Bayside, The Starting Line, Aaron Gillespie and the first from Underoath in many years.

Update: Writer of said email has posted in our thread and crushed your Underoath dreams:
There is no new Underoath music expected. Someone fucked up formatting my e mail and a word vanished.

Underoath are on the latest episode of the Bad Christian podcast. Aaron touches on leaving the band the first time:
It was a really knee-jerk reaction for me. I guess Iíve never really given a correct answer [to why I left], but the truth is that I was just mentally stupid. When I go back and think about it [now], itís just so strange.

The Underoath news is coming in about two hours. Rumors continue to circulate around 10 year tours for They're Only Chasing Safety and Define the Great Line.

Update: The band will be going on tour performing both albums front-to-back each night.

Underoath's Tim McTague recently talked to AltPress about their upcoming documentary, Tired Violence, the idea of a reunion, and the end of the band. You can also watch an interview with Spencer Chamberlain from the film in the replies. It releases on Friday May 1st.
When you only have two weeks, you canít take three days off just to drive and play a badass L.A. show. So, we took two days off total [during the tour], and played shows every other night. We didnít break up because we hated each other or because we hated playing music. We broke up because we literally didnít have the capacity and the schedule to do stuff.
