Set Your Goals vocalist Matt Wilson did an in-depth interview with Lambgoat, where he discusses the band's old label, Eulogy Recordings, and how they've never paid out royalties for Mutiny!; he also gets into other aspects of the band's bumpy past. Certain tidbits are very interesting: Epitaph Records paid over $100,000 to buy out the band's contract from Eulogy, SYG got interest from Pete Wentz but that ended after a bizarre mishap, and the band is proud of Burning At Both Ends but acknowledges that fans "deserved better." He even mentions the vague possibility of Mutiny! 10-year shows in 2016. The full interview can be read here.

-Dan got married and will be moving to Atlanta, GA, next month.
-Joe recently moved to Portland, OR, and plays in a band...
Set Your Goals vocalist Matt Wilson has started a new band called Chains. Listen to their first song, "Cages," in the replies. Their debut EP, The Sorrow, The Sadness, will be out in early 2015 through Calaveras Records.
I am equal parts darkness and light, and I have always had ideas that wouldn’t quite work for Set Your Goals; either the lyrics were too dark or the parts were too aggressive. Chains is an outlet for that. Once Set Your Goals slowed down I was able to put my ideas into motion. I grew up listening to extreme music, and this project is more in line with those tastes.
