In probably the best use of Black Friday week ever, Riot Fest is offering $70 three-day passes to its 2014 festival, which will take place Sept. 12-14 in Chicago. Some very serious allegations were made towards Harry Corrigan of Bellwether in a tumblr post last week. Although we had absolutely nothing to do with the allegations made in this post, it targeted our upcoming tour with Bellwether, telling kids to email every promoter on the tour and demand that they be removed from the shows. These allegations have put us and all the promoters in a very difficult position. On January 19th 2014, Bomb the Music Industry! will be playing our final show at Warsaw in Brooklyn. Over the past eight years this band has taken us to three continents, countless houses, basements, bars, venues, a few backyards, a lot of tasty restaurants and introduced us to most of our best friends in the world.

Frameworks will be playing a short tour as they head to the West Coast to record their debut LP with Jack Shirley (he did Deafheaven's Sunbather). The church-turned-nightclub is being purchased by Grace Centers of Hope, with plans to hold the first service at the Gothic church on Easter Sunday. "Clutch Cargo’s is no longer a nightclub," Pastor Kent Clark, CEO of Grace Centers of Hope, said to applause from more than a hundred people gathered for the announcement.
