Hostage Calm have entered the studio with producer J. Robbins to record their new album, Please Remain Calm. It will be released in the fall via Run For Cover Records.

Paper + Plastick Records have revealed the mystery band they've been teasing this year to be Jr. Juggernaut. The band will release its second full-length, Wake, on August 28 via the label. You can download a brand-new song called "Tonight Come Home" for free from the label's webstore, and if you download it, you're entered to win a test pressing and normal copy of the vinyl. The record packaging will have a thin mirror on the front cover screen-printed with the album art - which you can check out in the replies.

Brendan Rivera will release No Ocean in Ireland on June 12, 2012.
Press ReleaseThe Brooklyn-based Rivera penned and recorded his first full album, The Musician with his longtime friend turned producer Mike Kalajian in 2008. The collective, Looking Glass Wars was formed, and they began playing The Musician at clubs throughout NYC. Looking Glass Wars would go on to play east coast shows and tours with the likes of Anthony Green, Silverstein, The Starting Line and Aiden. The band collectively wrote and released an EP titled a Place in a Parlor before disbanding shortly after.
