CHVRCHES (part of this year's Absolute 100) released one of my favorite albums of the year earlier this week and that got me to go "like" them on Facebook. This led me to seeing a note the band just posted asking people to stop sending them disgusting and sexist messages on their Facebook page. It disturbs me that anyone would have to ask people, who are apparently using their real names if they're on Facebook, to not act like complete morons. End rant: pick up the album (or stream it on Rdio). It's damn good.
A lot of you are asking for a "return to Kingdoms"... A lot of you are going to be quite happy with this new record.

We keep getting reports of people ordering "Keep It Going" and "It's Not The End Of The World" on vinyl from Hang Tight Records and never getting them. We have tried to contact them and rectify the situation but it appears they are no longer answering messages from us. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT ORDER OUR RECORDS FROM THEM. Owel have released a new song entitled "Death in The Snow" (featuring Kevin Dye of Gates) on Facebook. The band's new album will be released on January 18th, 2013. Be sure to check this out, this is a band you don't want to sleep on.
