Bane has entered the studio to begin recording its new - and final - album with Jay Maas. The album will be titled Don't Wait Up and is the band's first release since 2005's The Note. Expect the album sometime in 2014 via Equal Vision.

The EP, a collaborative work with long-time colleague James Dewees (Reggie & The Full Effect) will be released on October 1st, 2013. Equal Vision Records has signed Australian metalcore band House Vs. Hurricane. Their most recent album, Crooked Teeth, will receive a North American release later this year. Watch their new music video for "40 Deep" here.
