Here's your feel good story of the day. Tyler, The Creator and his crew held their Odd Futureís Camp Flog Gnaw Carnival over the weekend. Aaron McCann, an aspiring stand up comedian who cites Tyler as one of his biggest influences flew all the way over form Ireland to attend the show. He also booked a comedy gig while staying in Los Angeles and reached out to Tyler via Twitter to extend an invitation. Lo and behold, Tyler accepted the invitation and showed up to the gig. Nicki Minaj recently faced criticism for Nazi imagery appearing in the lyric video for her recent single "Only." Nicki released an apology, while the video's director has issued a statement on Myspace admitting that elements of the video are "...representative of Nazism." In a new interview with The Fader, hip-hop producer Metro Boomin says that the final touches are being put on Metro Thuggin, his much anticipated collaboration with Young Thug, and that the project will be out soon.

Run the Jewels' sophomore album RTJ2 came with a preorder package that promised the album would be remixed entirely with cat noises if it was reached. A fan started a kickstarter to reach the $40,000 price tage, and El-P promised to follow through with the project if it was reached, with the proceeds going to charity. Now, Zola Jesus, Danny Brown's in-house producer Skywlkr, and Just Blaze have all promised to contribute production as well. Additionally, Just Blaze will release all the drum kits he used between 2001 and 2005 for free if the goal is reached.

After more than a decade of false starts and teases, Dr. Dre's perpetually delayed Detox has apparently been renamed. The news comes from an Aftermath producer who says it was changed about two years ago, but declines to actually disclose the new title.

An unfinished Drake song has leaked onto the internet with the title "Views From The 6," which is also the name of his reported upcoming album. It features an unknown rapper by the name of E Batt, and while it was speculated that he was the one behind the leak, he has since come out and said it wasn't him. You can hear the track over at Stereogum, though I wouldn't expect it to be up for long.
Chicago's Lil Bibby has revealed that he will be releasing his highly anticipated new mixtape, Free Crack II, on August 29th.
