"The song is about an internal battle and feeling like everything is crashing down on you, it's raining down on you, drowning you," says singer Austin Carlile, who calls Feels Like Forever his favorite song on the band's latest album, Restoring Force. "It's a song that we want to empower people to know that everybody goes through storms, everybody goes through trials and tribulations. It's the focus of how to get out of it, how to better yourself from it, how to learn from it so it doesn't happen again. Then, if it does happen again, you know exactly how to handle it."

“We’ve been a band for about 10 years now,” says Becker, as he explains the reasons behind the band name change. “We have a lot of footage of us as youngsters playing pop punk music, which is great but I think our new sound is little more beach pop. When we go on tour, people who’ve never heard of us look us up on the Internet and the first thing they see is us playing pop punk and they don’t really see what we are now.” So change they will. The band will be known as Swimmers after their Soundwave Festival appearances in 2015.
Only Crime - featuring members of Good Riddance, Bane, Converge, Black Flag, Modern Life Is War, and more - have announced tour dates leading up to their appearance at The Fest in November. Dates are in the replies.

You can check out our brand new interview with Palisadeshere. The band just finished recording a brand new record with Eric Ron at Grey Area Studios, which is set to release later this year.
Right now, it's "Nut up or shut up", proving time. Honestly, I feel like we have a lot to prove, and I feel on this album we did. I think one of the best thing that we found with this new album coming out is that we truly found out who Palisades is.
I’m never going to tell God what he can and can’t do, so I won’t say Memphis aren’t going to be the next Metallica. But I will say there’s a chance that we won’t be. I have the ability, the means and resources to do something like this solo album, so there was absolutely no reason why I shouldn’t have made it. But I want to make it really clear that Memphis are my priority.
