As we reported earlier, Of Mice & Men will reissue The Flood on July 24 via Rise Records. The Flood Deluxe Reissue will be released on two discs and feature four brand-new tracks recorded with producer Cameron Webb (Motörhead, Social Distortion) and mixed by Joey Sturgis along with all-new artwork, which you can check out in the replies along with a lyric video for a new song called "The Depths."

Rise Records recently tweeted that they are announcing a new signing this upcoming week. Shortly after, Mest vocalist Tony Lovato retweeted an AltPress news story saying "Rise Records announcing new band MEST next week" - but since then, AltPress' news story has had the Mest part edited out. Mest also recently toured with Rise Records bands Attack Attack! and Secrets, so the signing doesn't seem too out-of-this-world. Either way, we'll find out next week.

Although they weren't noted in the chart we posted earlier, SoundScan is reporting in its official counts that Hot Water Music sold just over 10,000 copies in first-week sales of Exister, their first record in eight years - good for an opening at the No. 33 position on the charts. Congratulations to the band and to Rise Records.

Rise Records just posted on Facebook that they will be re-releasing Transit's Listen and Forgive this summer with some bonus songs, including a "rock" version of "Skipping Stone." The band will be recording a music video for that same song while they're touring England.
