Today's Mixtape Festival, for the first time this year, will be hosting two festivals. The third annual New York Today's Mixtape Fest will be at 89 North Music Venue on March 29th and 30th. In conjunction with the Pure Noise Records' five year anniversary ahow, the festival will also be at the Oakland Metro in Oakland, California on March 21st, 22nd and 23rd. Lineup announcements and weekend pass on sale will be December 17th at noon.

The Saddest Landscape were in an accident last night after a tire on their van exploded on the highway. The vehicle is totaled, but everyone is okay. They're not sure if they'll be able to continue their tour yet. Feel free to pick up some merch to support them.

In probably the best use of Black Friday week ever, Riot Fest is offering $70 three-day passes to its 2014 festival, which will take place Sept. 12-14 in Chicago. The festival, which AbsoluteVoices sponsored last year, is promising to go bigger than ever as it celebrates its 10th anniversary. More info can be found on their website.

Seaway have posted an update saying Bellwether will not be on their upcoming tour.
Some very serious allegations were made towards Harry Corrigan of Bellwether in a tumblr post last week. Although we had absolutely nothing to do with the allegations made in this post, it targeted our upcoming tour with Bellwether, telling kids to email every promoter on the tour and demand that they be removed from the shows. These allegations have put us and all the promoters in a very difficult position. Venues and promoters began cancelling the shows that we worked so hard to book and rumours that kids would be attending shows with the sole purpose of harassing and physically harming Harry began...
