On November 17th, Columbia Records/Legacy Recordings will release Bruce Springsteen: The Album Collection Vol. 1 1973-1984, a boxed set comprised of remastered editions of the first seven albums recorded and released by Bruce Springsteen for Columbia Records between 1973 and 1984. All of the albums are newly remastered (five for the first time ever on CD) and all seven are making their remastered debut on vinyl.

The Dismemberment Plan will reissue their 2001 release Change on vinyl for the first time on November 4th via Partisan Records. The record will be a 180-gram LP in a gatefold sleeve with a 12-page booklet containing art, photography and lyrics to all 11 songs—including “Ellen And Ben,” which was omitted from the original CD version. alt-J has made their new album, This Is All Yours, available for streaming ahead of its release via an official app. Once you download the app it finds "blast areas" near you via Google maps, which are locations where you can go and stream the album in full via the app itself and potentially meet up with other fans to do the same thing. The app is, however, only available in the UK and has more and more locations across the country being added over the next few days, starting today with public parks.
