Brian Southall who some of you may know through Boys Night Out, The Receiving End of Sirens, Isles & Glaciers or his various other projects had a band before all of those ventures. That band is Fordirelifesake and they have reunited to release a new EP called Speak Ill of The Dead which will be released December 16th. Boys Night Out will be releasing their first ever digital-only EP, Fifty Million People Can't Be Wrong, on February 6th, 2007, on sale at all digital download stores including i-Tunes and Rhapsody for under five dollars. Boys Night Out UpdateWe've just confirmed our last and only shows in the U.S.for the rest of the year. The first is a festival in Stroudsberg PA on October 14th with Lit, Bayside, Valiant Thorr and many others. The next is a headlining show at the Knitting Factory in New York on Sunday October 15th. Boys Night Out UpdateIt's been a while since we've left an update, and we have a whole bunch to report. Firt off, we've been nominated for a Juno (which for you silly americans is a canadian music award) for best new group of the year. This is pretty exciting stuff, the awards are april 2nd, and are being hosted by pamela anderson, so stay tuned, and keep your fingers crossed for us.
In other award news, the Canadian Indy Awards are tonight, and we're up foor best rock group of the year. So we'll update again tomorrow and let everyone know the reults.

Robert Pasalic here, i disbanded from BNO some time ago. anywho, whatever rumours flew around regarding my departure from the band will remain rumours i guess. all i'm gonna say is that the drugs and alcohol didn't kill me yet, but they certainly put a dent my soul.
