Columbia Records' A&R department is looking for an intern (in Beverly Hills) for the upcoming Spring semester. The internship will be focused on music research, and requires a working knowledge of the current music climate as well as online research skills. This will be a hands on internship working with and assisting the A&R staff. Interns must be able to work at least one, preferably two days a week from 10-6. Well, I think that the most personal songs end up becoming the most universal, and we’ve always gravitated towards really honest songs, songs that really speak to ourselves such as a song like “Dare You To Move” – each night we’re throwing that song out there, but we’re singing it inward at the same time, I think it still rings true all these years later.

How To Destroy Angels (Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails' side project) have signed to Columbia Records. The band will release An Omen EP on November 13th with a full length album due next Spring.

We just wanted to make it fun, and make it more than just us playing on stage. It's cool, I feel like the kids can feel our vibes on stage when we have that stuff going on. I think it let's them know that we're thinking about them, in a sense that we're trying to give you the best possible show right now.
