Copeland have announced that they'll be hitting the road this fall with Eisley and We Are The City. There's even VIP packages which you can attend a private acoustic show at your date (limited to 20) as well as a package that includes the Ixora twin release on vinyl. Dates can be found in the replies and on the band's site.
His records, like those with Copeland, are full of lush vocal harmonies and elegant string and orchestral arrangements that draw attention to the song and the lyrics. We talked about learning from great producers and engineers like Aaron Sprinkle and Michael Brauer, the process and workflow of recording and how a producer can make sure the song remains the focus of the recording process.
Copeland just released the official video for "I Can Make You Feel Young Again," which you can watch in the replies. Get comfortable and lose yourself in one of the most beautiful music videos we've seen in a while.
Copeland did an AMA on Reddit today. Some key things the band revealed is that they're planning a fall headlining tour, Ixora will be getting a vinyl reissue this summer and the Ixora twin album should be available digitally this month.
Lots of folks are getting understandably antsy about preorder bundles. I want to apologize for the delay. I know it's a bummer to know that the album is out and you still don't have your copy. We're experiencing more delays at the vinyl manufacturer. They're manufacturing 3 different vinyl products for us, and were already backed up with orders. The first pressing of LP had terrible sound quality issues, so we had to have the record re-cut. This delayed our production even more, but was necessary to the quality of the product.
The Twin CD tin boxes are still in transit from the UK (they were held up for 3 weeks by...
I recently had the chance to sit down and talk with Aaron Marsh of Copeland about the band's new album Ixora, the future of the band, and what it was like to get back together and record after a few years off. You can check that out here.
This is like, I should do a different interview for 'What The Fuck Am I Doing Magazine' or something like that. So Twin is the bonus disc, so there will be a two disc set that's kind of the deluxe edition, we're calling it the Twin Edition, and so the bonus disc has all of the songs from the record in different versions, so some of them are acoustic, some of them are kind of remix, some of them, one of them is just kind of like a soundscape with, you...
Copeland has a few hundred left over copies of Ixora from the original pre-orders. If you missed it the first time around, here's your chance. On the fence? Check out my review and hopefully that will sway you.
Head to the replies to stream Copeland's new song, "Erase." It's one of my personal favorites from the group's stellar new album, Ixora. If you need some convincing to order it, check out Jason's thoughts.
Copeland will be headlining their first show in over four years to celebrate the release of Ixora. The band will be playing The Social in Orlando, Florida on November 23rd and tickets are now available.
Copeland have officially announced their new album and release date (November 24th in stores but if you pre-ordered you'll get it November 14th) -- hit the replies for the video announcement and to stream the fantastic new song "Disjointed."
Copeland have revealed the track listing for their upcoming album, Ixora. Don't forget to pre-order the album as well, Halloween will be here before you know it.

It contains handwritten lyrics, an exclusive 7 inch vinyl, screen printed sheet music, an Ixora flower seed pack, and an early digital release of the album. 20% of all proceeds from this bundle will go towards a college fund for Ben Fenske, son of our late friend & former crew member, Justin Fenske.
The guys from Copeland will be chatting in this thread at 8pm EST. It's been over five years since the band released new music, so make it worth their while. Ask them about their new album, Ixora, what they've been up to over the past couple years with their side projects, the band's future and more. And when the chat's over, be sure to head over to their webstore and pre-order the new album.
Update: The chat is now over with. We'd like to thank Aaron and Bryan for taking four hours to answer all of our questions. If that doesn't say enough about the guys, I don't know what will. Again, if you haven't already, go pre-orderIxora and help the guys create the next beautiful...
That's right, Copeland will be doing an AMA on the site this Tuesday at 8pm EST. This is the first time the band's openly talking about getting back together, the new album and everything else that is Copeland. The last time the band did one was over five years ago, so be sure to make it around this time, who knows when the next one will be. Don't forget to pre-order the band's new album, Ixora, to have extra special treatment as well (this is a joke). To celebrate, post your favorite Copeland songs in the replies and let's rejoice!
Copelandis back. This is not an April Fool's Day joke; this is not a drill. The band's sixth album, Ixora, will be recorded soon and come out on October 31, 2014; pre-orders are here (top-right). There's a video for a song called "Ordinary" in the replies.
Below you’ll find various bundles with music, apparel, and collectibles. ALL of the physical items in the pre-order will be limited-run items (including “SPECIAL EDITION” and “DELUXE IXORA TWIN" CDs). That means when the pre-orders have sold out, they won’t be offered again.
For the first time in our career, we are making a record as an independent band. These pre-orders are essentially funding the project. The encouraging messages and...
Even though we've posted about Aaron Marsh's (Copeland) studio The Vanguard Room multiple times, we thought we'd let you know that they have a brand new website. There's some neat live session videos on the site and Aaron's always looking for new bands/artists to produce so give it a look.
In a new interview with Aaron Marsh, he says that Copeland won't tour again, but under the right circumstances, they could make a new record. Also, be sure to check out The Lulls in Traffic's new song, "Regret" on Vube and be sure to vote for them to help fund their new record.
The Lulls in Traffic (Aaron Marsh of Copeland and Ivan Ives) have released a new song, "Regret." You can check out the song and video over on Vube. If you dig what you hear, sign up and give it a like to help the guys win the contest to help fund their new album!
