Bayside's Time Has Come 7" includes their latest single "Time Has Come" off the new album Cult on Side A and the RSD exclusive track "Indiana" on Side B. The pressing is limited to 500 on Opaque Pink vinyl.
This is just kind of bizarre - Bayside never trademarked its bird logo and some Mexico-based company took advantage of that and trademarked it for their company. So the band cannot use that logo anymore and have been developing a new logo in the meantime. You can hear front man Anthony Raneri explain the situation in the replies.
You can check out my interview with Anthony Raneri (Bayside) The band's fantastic new album, Cult, is available now (read my review) and will be heading out on its headlining tour next month.
And the same weekend we were doing those shows, Long Island Fest was happening in like a VFW Hall and I Am The Avalanche was playing. And I remember thinking like I would much rather be at Long Island Fest right now. I don't care, I don't want to be in front of these 10,000 people who don't get what I'm doing and as soon as we're done playing they're gonna go buy a confederate flag beer coozie. I would much rather play in front of a thousand people in a VFW Hall in Long Island right now. And that...
Bayside's new song, "Hate Me" has hit the web accompanied by a music video of another band performing the song. Head to the replies to give it a listen. The band's new album, Cult is in stores on February 18th via Hopeless Records.
Bayside have a huge year ahead of them, with the release of Cult on February 18th and a headlining tour kicking off in March, so it only made sense for them to end 2013 in a big way. You'd be hard-pressed to find a better way to end the year than watching Bayside rock a sold out crowd with a great line-up in tow.
According to Amazon, Bayside's new album is indeed titled Cult, the image we saw is the artwork, and it will be released on February 18 via Hopeless Records.
Update: iTunes confirms the information and has the first single, "Pigsty," for sale.

The last few days Bayside and new label Hopeless Records have been teasing various images related to the band. Today, the band tweeted what seems to be all the teaser images compiled into one - maybe the art work for the upcoming new album? Could it possibly (and finally) be titled Cult? We'll find out soon. In the mean time, you can scope the image in the replies.
Anthony Raneri will be missing the final three shows on Bayside's current tour because he is flying home to be a daddy. Members from Motion City Soundtrack, State Champs, and This Is Hell will be helping out the band during Raneri's absence. In the meantime, we'd like to send out our congratulations to Anthony and his fiancee!
