In case you missed it, we were robbed last night. In addition to having all of our cash stolen, we also lost multiple laptops, and literally ALL of Calvin's clothes were stolen. We also now have a broken window as we drive through Minnesota.
Xerxes' very loud new album Collision Blonde can be streamed in the replies, and we recommend you do go ahead and stream that bad boy, but make sure your speakers aren't too loud at first, because ear damage at a young age can be really bad!! Collision Blonde drops October 21 via No Sleep Records and it's available here.
No Sleep Records' upcoming tour now has it's own website, complete with updated tour dates and a contest to win tickets. We're proud to be sponsoring this show and are big supporters of the bands and label.
No Sleep Records was one of the first labels to work with Soundsupply, so we couldn’t be any more excited to partner with them to help launch their very first label tour, Death to False Music! They’ve hand selected some bands from their expansive roster to roam the country this fall and spread the No Sleep Records sound to lucky cities around the U.S. Get a preview of some of those sounds with this Free Tour Drop featuring songs from each bands playing on all, or part, of the tour including The Felix Culpa, Rescuer, Aviator, Seasons Change, Foreign Tongues and In Between.
No Sleep Records' A Comp for Mom can be streamed in the replies via Brooklyn Vegan.
The comp features original tracks by La Dispute, Into It. Over It., Now, Now, Run Forever and more, as well as covers such as Allison Weiss taking on The Beatles' "In My Life," Daisyhead doing Jimmy Eat World's "Work" and, recorded special for this compilation, Touché Amore's version of The National's "Available
Today we're excited to announce we'll be partnering up with No Sleep Records for their first ever tour. The "Death to False Music" tour will be heading across the country this October. Rescuer and Aviator will be anchoring the bill with Seasons Change on the west coast dates and The Felix Culpa on the east coast. Hit the replies to see all the dates so far announced -- tickets will go on sale this Friday. Label owner, Chris Hansen, had this to say about his label's first tour:
Doing a No Sleep tour has always been something we've wanted to do, and could not be more pleased with the first of hopefully many to come. Much love for all the bands doing the tour, and we hope you enjoy it.
Grey Gordon will release his debut full-length album, Forget I Brought It Up, on September 2nd via No Sleep Records. Stream the album's first song called "Target" on AV Club. You can also pre-order the album on limited edition vinyl.

Nothing drastic has happened—just because of life, and personal reasons, we all have reached a point where we feel like we need to go off on our own for a while. We still love playing in the band! but especially because of the way our band has always been… Because we started solely as an outlet...
