That's what he suggests, and I think he said he knows a little of what's going on.

He then says a couple pages later that he didnt know what he was talking about.

What the ... ? Hah

I think this particular artistic piece refers to the overdramatic assumptions made about that band on this site by almost everyone.

saurkraut 08/21/09 10:15 AM

didn't they already announce this like last week...?

it's a very common saying. it's not like any of these bands invented that lyric... i thought that was common knowledge.

if it is called "'a weekend at pete rose's" and they are supposed to be making a video for "headfisrt slide into cooperstown on a bad bet," im sure its jsut going to be a short movie/music video kind of thing.

pete rose is banned from baseball and the hall of fame (in cooperstown) for betting on baseball games.

i think everyone is over thinking it.

and is famous for sliding headfirst.

He's not some crazy user thats down with all of the musicians, as far as I know. He's just said some things and is a more notable user of the website.

There's nothing to wonder. Its for the Headfirst video, Pete has already said that.

Well, I was joking, but Folie a Deux is the best album they're released in terms of musicality.

I wasn't being super serious or anything either :-) but yeah, I still don't like it

I would say that it's just something for the VMAs. It's just supposed to be what happens after the "What A Catch" video ends. Brendon says he's gonna call 911 and Spencer replies "Are you calling 911 or are you calling Jason Tate?" Saying, should we get help first or get media attention first?

This one makes a lot of sense
