Black Sabbath to Move Forward Without Drummer
In light of drummer Bill Ward's recent statement, it seems that the remaining members of Black Sabbath will be moving forward with the reunion without him.
StatementWe were saddened to hear yesterday via Facebook that Bill declined publicly to participate in our current Black Sabbath plans...we have no choice but to continue recording without him although our door is always open... We are still in the UK with Tony. Writing and recording the new album and on a roll... See you at Download!!!

this band probably has the most hope of making a good record after so many years off. more often than not, the attempt shouldn't even be made coughcoughVanHalencoughcough

uhhh....yeah you do. you could draw up a contract he thinks is fair.

I find it ridiculous that they can't settle this. Unless he's just being unreasonable, give the man what he's due

He didn't decline. He said he still wanted to do it.

He didn't "decline publicly to participate" in my opinion.
