Lydia Recording with Malpass
 

Lydia are currently recording two new songs with Matt Malpass.

I think they're personal songs for people or something

I keep thinking this band is broken up and keep getting proven wrong

Their post-Illuminate work has been pretty boring

Remember when they broke up?

Weren't they supposed to be doing a hip-hop project too? Leighton must constantly have his hands full. Between Lydia and The Cinema and whatever other projects he's taking on, it seems like he's perpetually working on new stuff.

Right? And, even when I think I've got them figured out, they go Tom Denney on me.

I love Lydia.

Hate to agree with this, but it's true.

I hope he keeps going forever. And I hope eventually a female vocalist is added.
Maybe it's even possible that lydia gets back together! I mean, all of the new bands that formed from former members are not as big as lydia was. And most of their success can be attributed to lydia anyways.

i'm intrigued.

Can't wait! Love this band, wish it was a full release.

It's pretty much Leighton at this point right? Regardless the music is stale, maybe it's time to hang up the name Lydia.
