ABSOLUTExclusive: Bullet Treatment

In the replies we've got an exclusive track from Bullet Treatment's upcoming EP Designated Vol. 2. The song is titled "God's Plan" and features vocals by Matt from The Bronx.

For those that haven't heard of the project, Bullet Treatment is an LA-based punk rock project created by brainchild Chuck Dietrich. The bandís secret recipe is a revolving door of members on every release which has boasted Tim McIlrath from Rise Against, Dave Hildago from Social Distortion, Matt Caughthran from The Bronx, among many others.

Designated Vol. 2 is set for release on May 15th and is now available for pre-order through Think Fast! Records. The release is limited to 500 physical copies on colored vinyl and comes with a digital download coupon.

Track Listing
1. Insomnia (Andrew and Scott from COMEBACK KID)
2. Young Bodies - Slut Church (Jordan from VULTURES UNITED)
3. Rally Cry (Ryan and Billy from OUTBREAK)
4. Godís Plan (Matt from THE BRONX)
5. Confessions Of A Hopeless Romantic (Liam from CANCER BATS)
6. Vox Populi, Vox Dei (Nuno from A WILHELM SCREAM)

Good song. Interested to hear the rest.

Wow that was good. Never heard of this before. This is excellent.

Oh man the closing song is probably so killer with Nuno.

edit: bought the white vinyl option. it doesn't say whether it's 7" or 12" but i'm assuming it's a 7" because of the prices?

I would think so.

Love the first album with Matt on it

Surely the project is a brainchild of Chuck Dietrich, rather than created by brainchild Chuck Dietrich?

Thomas Nassiff 04/24/12 04:18 PM

I just listened to the first EP online. Really cool concept, having the same music with different lyrics from different vocalists.

nice that this is still going on. i kinda regret selling my vol. 1 7" single.

I have the first EP and it's just a black 7".
