Tonight Alive Goes Acoustic

Tonight Alive is releasing a full-acoustic version of their album What Are You So Scared Of? exclusively for Warped Tour. You can stream and download the acoustic version of "Listening" over here.

Word, I enjoyed some of the songs on this record.

This'll be cool--they sound great acoustic!

I really hope that the band ends up playing some dates in the Acoustic Basement this summer.

This is dumb if it's the same exact acoustic recordings that are already on the album

Enjoyed this record, this should be good.

I already have all of these on my iPod.
Good. But wasn't it on the album?
Maybe only Aussie edition

Yeah they weren't on the US Release.

Ah that makes sense

Yeah, most of them were bonus tracks on the album, but there are a couple that were missing, like "Listening". This band has so much potential, hope they do well...

The missing ones are on the Let It Land EP.

Oh, you're right, just checked.

Anyway, those are nice tracks. I kinda prefer Let it Land's Acoustic Version rather than the full band one... on the other hand though, Amelia looses a bit of it's power acoustically.

I agree about Amelia. It's just not as...explosive? I don't know how to describe it. I think the acoustic "In The First Place" is way better than the original just because of how the vocals differ, though.

Also, it'll be cool to have all the acoustics with one album art instead of on two separate albums.

Exactly, it doesn't pack the punch that the original version hits you with, and may i say, i think it's one of their best songs by far, but it's nice anyway, kinda gives me a bit of Remembering Sunday vibes...

And yeah, it's like what Yellowcard and The Dangerous Summer did with the "Acoustic Renditions" of WYTTSY and Reach for the Sun, on Hopeless. (also, these guys are signed to Fearless? i'm not sure)

They sound pretty awesome acoustic!
