I agree with the reviewer. I think this is the worst album they have ever made. But when you listen to the instruments more than the lyrics it's a solid 7 i think. With the lyrics and the repetivity like "killed the dj" for example, it's an 5.

Album is so goddamn boring.

I agree that Kill the DJ is a travesty but their worst song is without a doubt Misery. Otherwise, great review!

Ah man, I love Misery. Such an incredibly fun song.

This might be even worse than the new Muse. Both are worse than the new ATL. Sad week.

Hits the nail on the head more than any other review of this record I've read so far. Good work.

You can dress a piece of shit up in whatever you want, but it's still a piece of shit. And that song is a piece of shit.

This record ended up being much better than I expected it to be. That's not to say this is the band's best effort, but it's not nearly as disappointing as it could have been. The last two sentences in your second last paragraph pretty much sum up how I feel in the end.

agreed. i never thought i'd say that one day but as someone who always disliked ATL (too sugary/bland), their new album is surprisingly decent.

This is mediocre at best. But I like the previews I've heard from Dos so far. Figured that would be the best of the three anyway.

I completely disagree. The new ATL and Muse are both great, in my opinion. Not spectacular, but great.

I wonder how our opinions of this album will change once the others are released and the "full picture" is evident.

I think these may be fun live. I did have a problem listening to this album all the way through. I find myself turning it on in the background while studying, but...
