Most likely just gonna be Uno II.

tdlyon 10/03/12 03:08 PM

Incredibly excited. I seem to be in the minority, but I loved Uno, and this one is shaping up to be even better. I'm gonna guess Stray Heart will be the first single.

....yup.

Andy Young 10/03/12 03:13 PM

I'm guessing by the time all three come out, they will combine for 10-12 solid tracks. Reinforcing that the ambitious triple album was an awful idea.

Eh, why not? Most people listen to single tracks and they don't need to sell albums anyways. They put out a bunch of tracks and people can find the ones they like and listen to those. Would be worst if the album was a triple disc released all at once. Good on them, since they are staying relevant for six months instead of one week.

anamericangod 10/03/12 03:20 PM

What time is it? Fuck Time!

246toothpicks 10/03/12 03:20 PM

After hearing Uno, I'd say they're just releasing one album but decided not to cut out any b-sides.

QuietThings430 10/03/12 03:21 PM

Is it fucking Justin Bieber time?

wileythekid 10/03/12 03:28 PM

so glad they put fuck time on this

Light_Grenades 10/03/12 03:33 PM

The songs that I've heard live (Stray Heart, Amy) and the songs that I've heard clips of (Lazy Bones, Fuck Time, Wild One) are all sooooo much better than Uno!

The_Effort 10/03/12 03:58 PM

Fuck Time may possibly be my favorite song title of theirs ever...

TAI182 10/03/12 04:12 PM

I wonder if "Stop When the Red Lights Flash" has any connection to "Oh Love"

Elscorcho2008 10/03/12 04:16 PM

All of the songs I've heard from this one sound great

And that's from some one who thought Uno was horrifyingly mediocre

Why would they?

Acad08 10/03/12 04:32 PM

Can't wait!! Sounds like it'll be just as much fun as Uno!

"Don't stop when the red lights flash" is a lyric in "Oh Love"

Oh really? That's pretty cool. I've only listens to the album a few times but I'm surprised I didn't notice that.

EastCoastVans 10/03/12 04:45 PM

Worried, but cautiously optimistic about this. Uno was mediocre.

t3hmilkman923 10/03/12 05:00 PM

the clips of nightlife scare the shit out of me

Same. Unless it's somehow way better than the clip implies, it will be my least favorite Green Day song.

Winner.

i like apples 10/03/12 05:35 PM

Yeah the only thing I enjoy is out of this is Fuck Time.

Archael 10/03/12 06:51 PM

the only question is now "will it be as bad as uno!?"

cowlord 10/03/12 07:08 PM

I'm thinking this will be the best one.

That song clip was a trainwreck. But the offsprings last album had that cruisin california song on it and aside from that one song it was their best album in 15 years.

Im trying to stay optimistic here.

DooDooBird 10/03/12 08:02 PM

Anybody got youtube links or something to some new songs from Dos?

Kerplunk_23 10/03/12 08:04 PM

Looking forward to hearing it.

PaperLantern 10/03/12 08:18 PM

Lazy Bones is going to be insane.

Uno was good (not great), so that's a strange question.

WhaleSnake 10/03/12 08:24 PM

why not pick the best contenders, perfect those songs and make it just 1 album of good shit? instead of all this chuffa. ITS ALL CHUFFA!!!

runningohfive 10/03/12 08:40 PM

I'm happy that Fuck Time is on this.

Uno was alright.

nah, uno was terrible, man. new atl > new muse > new green day

all of them are bad

FNF 10/03/12 09:22 PM

The clips I've heard have been better. Loved Amy when they played it live.

brokencyde 10/03/12 10:22 PM

FUCK TIIIMMMEEE!!!

theherox 10/03/12 10:43 PM

track 2 is enough to make me never want to hear this album

On Good Morning America, Billie Joe described it as "Foxboro Hot Tubs meets Hell" sooo they probably changed it up a bit. Artists have been off-base describing their albums before, so we shall see.

If each album has it's own flavor, that's the best thing Green Day could do. If you're pumping out three albums you should change the style on each and see what sticks with fans and casual fans alike. The biggest mistake they could make would be having Dos and Tre sound similar to Uno. That would be bland. We'll see.

BLeClair12 10/04/12 07:45 AM

The ever increasing "meh" feeling I get from Uno! with each listen is more or less killing my interest in this one.

I suppose with lowered expectations, I've got a greater chance of enjoying this one.

Fox83 10/04/12 07:59 AM

I'll let you guys be the judge over Dos, but personally I'm excited.

1. See You Tonight (no known clips/bootlegs)

2. Fuck Time (there's a studio clip on youtube but it's cut off because radio hosts didn't want swearing)

3. Stop When The Red Lights Flash (live)

4. Lazy Bones (studio clip)

5. Wild One ( studio clip)

6. Makeout Party

7. Stray Heart (live bootleg)

8. Ashley (no known clips/bootlegs)

9. Baby Eyes (no known clips/bootlegs)

10. Lady Cobra (radio/studio clip)

11. Nightlife (not a fan of this one)

12. Wow! That's Loud (no known clips/bootlegs)

13. Amy (live bootleg)

SuNDaYSTaR 10/04/12 08:26 AM

Fuck Time, amirite?

MILFCORE 10/04/12 09:36 AM

Hell yeah Fuck Time gonna be my new sexy-time-baby-making-song. when I put that shit on my girl's gonna know what's up.

InvaderPhantom 10/04/12 01:33 PM

Lazy Bones sounds like their best song in years. Should be the first single. Nightlife however sounds like the Green Day version of The Offspring's Cruising California... *shiver*

I'm actually pretty optimistic for iDos! because it doesn't sound like it will be iUno! Part Two (which is what I feared) - iDos! has its own garage rock sound that I like. Also it's pretty much the second Foxboro Hot Tubs album and I *loved* the Foxboro Hot Tubs project.

The new Muse and All Time Low are great, so I'm not following you on this one.

Do we at least agree that new Green Day was awful / worse than new Muse and All Time Low?

If so, yay.

As far as new albums go, I'd say Muse > All Time Low > Green Day.
