does anyone actually consider these bands to be "punk"?

Cerebral Ballzy was awful when I saw them open up for Refused.

i guess they all dress the part...

Against Me! and Green Day don't count as punk, but about 10x better than anything on this list. Truly terrible.

The Bronx is a great band, you guys are wrong.

Be Your Own Pet was pretty good, anything other than that is pretty bad.

It's the best punk bands of the past 12 years, so some of those bands (Fugazi, pg99, Discordance Axis) who formed in the 90s or earlier wouldn't make the list. And I don't think they had those kinds of bands in mind anyway (Dangers should be on the list though).
