Wind in Sails (ex-Vanna) posted three new tracks on ReverbNation. We'll be premiering another song later this week.

All three are terrific, looks like he's going to be releasing the album digitally this week as well. Good news.

Set Adrift is my favorite of the three, looking forward to this.

I wonder why we left Vanna? Was he not feeling that genre of music anymore?

He wanted to pursue the solo project so he could sing more.

Ah I see, I though it might have to do with Vanna's heavy touring schedule. The new guys sounds good, but seeing them at Warped felt a little incomplete without Evan even though they fucking killed it.

Such a bummer he left, is it just me or does he sound so much better on these tracks than he did with Vanna?

On the facebook profile it says "moved on to more meaningful music". I don't like Vanna, just found that interesting.

Still wish he was in Vanna but these are solid tunes.

I was pleasantly surprised how good these song were. Even more surprised that the songs weren't whiny. A good step in the right direction for this man.

I guess he hated '...And they came bearing bones' if he actually said that, to me that album is flawless though.

Hey guys! This is Evan. I'm actually really proud of ATCBB. Chris Campbell and I primarily wrote that record, Aside from careless men and Eyes like the tides.
I can't speak for Chris, but there were multiple reasons why I left Vanna. Some reasons are private and some aren't so private. All I know is my moving on was for the better. I'm very content with where I am in my life now, an I love the music I'm releasing. I hope y'all dig what I'm doing now and I thank you for giving it a chance!!!

He reminds me a lot of Dallas Green going from Alexisonfire to City and Colour and I meant that in the best possible way. Evan was always my favorite part about Vanna and these songs do not disappoint.
