ABSOLUTExclusive: Sworn In Covers Linkin Park

Today we're premiering Sworn In's cover of Linkin Park's "A Place For My Head." The Illinois-based hardcore band has been creating a buzz by landing festival spots on FestEVIL and the upcoming Eat Your Heart Out Festival. Head to the band's AP.net profile to listen to the song and leave your thoughts in the replies.

Is there a LP cover/tribute CD coming out soon or something? Isn't this the 2nd or 3rd different song this week?

If you're not gonna bother to do your research when naming your band and/or not give a fuck when you do find a band that had the name already, that's one thing. But the same relative genre? Like, c'mon. Maybe we'll sell a few of these things to confused metalcore kids at least.

clean vocals were completely off key, the entire time...so i guess they are at least consitent...ly terrible

PunkInfluence09 11/21/12 08:36 AM

Man this was painful to listen to.

I thought the same thing... I thought the rest of it was OK....

If we're talking about LP like bands. Ill stick with DangerKids. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Yesssss. Dangerkids is legit. I've known Andy and Tyler for a little bit; really hoping their release makes some real waves.
