ABSOLUTExclusive: Farewell, My Love Song Premiere
Today we're premiering the title track from Farewell, My Love's upcoming record called "Mirror, Mirror." The Standby Records act has been building a name for itself since 2011 in the Phoenix music scene and is ready to take on the world with its own brand of self-proclaimed theatrical rock. The song “Mirror, Mirror” chronicles the haywire circumstances surrounding someone who is pulled in multiple directions and questioning their very identity. My friend loves this band, but then again, she's a 17-year-old girl who only listens to "scene" music. I listened to about 30 seconds one of their songs, but couldn't take anymore. I'll pass on this one.
