Had this record a while and it really hasn't grown on me. The last four songs share the consistent nature of the first record and inbetween there are a couple of stand out tracks but i'm disappointed...

In the UK they are huge. A lot of UK bands don't translate well to an american audience, i've noticed bands like Biffy Clyro, Bloc Party and Ash who have barely made a scratch on america.

Really enjoying this, it develops upon 'Kiss Each Other Clean' which did feel like a complete departure from his more stripped back material. I loved how he expanded on his songs when I saw him live

Had this for a while, I think it's their second best album. It took some work but it beat Sing the Greys and they really embrace the polished sound of Winter of Mixed Drinks
