Yeah about The Blue Nile, Matty said it wasn't really suppose to get out that they were an influence. Hats is fantastic, Over The Hillside, The Downtown Lights, and Saturday Night are my favorites....

Matty has referenced the sound of the EPs to this album in past interviews, so I'm sure over 17 tracks we will have plenty of material. Love the song, not sure what I was expecting.

Matty is sexy as hell. Band is genius. Looks like he isn't playing a Mustang in the last Instagram photo, seems like it's a pink Strat. I know from past interviews Matty has said that this album will...

Something as simple and trivial as the color blue above someone's eye? PLEASE NO!

So hyped, best band.

Had my eye on an Analogman King of Tone pedal, but after hearing the waiting list was 9 months and seeing the eBay prices I've had second thoughts. What could be a possible alternative? What's a good...

Movie was just alright, I'd say worth a watch. A lot of the dialogue made me cringe and the climax of the movie could have been stretched out just a little bit. And how can anyone say the 3D was that...

Have you ever seen them live? I'm not a fan of these guys either but I caught them once at a Halloween show, and they sounded pretty good live. I've tried to listen to them after, and I just can't...

It's happening! Omg, it's happening! What are the chances this is a whole EP?

I'd like to know how much of the direction of her sound is from Matty and George, would explain those Blue Nile vibes. New song honestly has a Tears for Fears feel once the full instrumentation kicks...

Don't think Matty and George have ever had real matching haircuts. I've listened to these guys probably every day since I found them, whatever they do next I am anticipating almost as much as any Bon...

If he's gonna charge 10k for a strat, at least explain what percentage is actually going into his pocket vs charity.

"Easy" destroys me whenever it comes on, many memories attached to that one. And I agree, "Ring Out" has to be one of his best songs.

Yeah, that new track is very mediocre at best, I will probably never listen to that again. Journals is such a guilty pleasure of mine.

The Roboto show was a good time. I was hoping to hear Settle The Scar, but with 1 guitarist I think it would have been hard. Hearing the older songs though, was awesome.

Anyone going to the show Sunday? Driving 3 hours for this, can't miss them again and I am excited to see Beach Slang. Pretty sure Roboto is a small ass venue too, should be good.

Dat Grimes song. This band writes some catchy jams, hoping their future songs have slightly better lyrics.

Going to try and see them in PA this month, and hopefully DC as well. Didn't they state they were already working on a new album? I hope they put "Settle The Scar" in their set.

TGG was easily their best effort to date, but if these two song are any indication of the whole album, then damn.

Seems like their popularity peaked years ago and it's been a decline since. I'm still a fan of theirs on Facebook and sometimes their posts don't get much attention. Who knows, I don't have specific...

Well, guess I'm traveling to Pittsburgh. The Hotelier blew me away on first listen, can't wait to see them live.
