$450 seems steep if you ask me, especially when you consider they only sold $500 worth of tickets. Their revenue is probably only a percentage of that.

My micro/macro courses used Hubbard's book. Wasn't he a Republican economic advisor? I recall picking up on his bias in the edition I used pretty often.

I really like Nesting Dolls a lot, it's so haunting and hypnotic I just kind of get lost in it. Doesn't even feel like a 7 minute song to me.

Considering their hotel and meal expenses are most likely tax deductible they may be getting a pretty good tax break here. If they booked the rooms for that reason then maybe it was a good idea.
