The songwriting on BSN is just better than everything else imo, OLG comes really close. They haven't made a bad song as far as I'm concerned.

My favorite part of the Yeezus thread was when everyone thought Yeezus leaked and one of the folders just contained thousands of pictures of Kevin Spacey.

Descensus is pretty heavy which I like but I don't think anything will ever touch BSN for me.

Glad this got bumped. I used to be really negative towards Go but now, it might be my favorite record by them. Hope the next one continues that direction. God I hope they announce something soon.

Ya know I've never given these guys a shot outside of some tracks off Suburba. Am I fucking up? They seem right up my alley. Where should I start?

I like INGO as a companion piece to HLNIT. The other vocalist isn't bad or anything, I just don't like him compared to Christian. The opener, Nite Ratz, Still Water, and Title Track are pretty...

The back half of North is pretty much flawless.

Yeah despite what I said above, North is pretty sweet. I like hearing Andrew rock out a little more.

I consider myself a pretty big Springsteen fan and I never knew that about Tunnel of Love, makes that song even better. I think you can absolutely attach your own meaning to songs but I always love...

Yeah I don't know what it is either, cause those songs are fine by themselves, but together they're just so bland sounding. Didn't he play around with the sequencing of that record a lot though? I...

The middle of TGP drags a bit. EIT is one of the "easiest" albums to listen to, maybe that's just because I've listened to it so much but it just seems to whiz by every time I press play. Still enjoy...

Yeah I kind of agree with that. I'd say Release Me and Amy I are as close as it gets. Much more consistent than TGP or even North I think,

Holiday From Real is the best album opener that isn't Thunder Road (which is also in the running for greatest song ever recorded). Release Me was the first McMahon song I ever heard so it'll always...

TGP is really great it's just not very cohesive and a little on the long side. Crashin, Blood Shot, American Love, Drop Out, The Resolution, Swim, and Caves are all wonderful songs imo, the rest is...

If he's listed I would assume so, I certainly hope he is. Big regret of mine is never seeing these guys live outside of videos an I hope to rectify that if they plan on doing more live...

Me too brother, me too. Black Lines For The Battlefield in particular is really good, almost on par with Phantoms imo.

Yeah Phantoms is just perfect pop rock imo. Really strong songwriting and those demos for LP2 lead me to believe they were going to continue that trend. The EPs are pretty solid also.

Yeah, it's a constant battle between Futures and Clarity for me haha. The 59 Sound and Elsie also. Yeah it's like when I discuss my favorite artists records, "worst" means nothing honestly. Something...
