UK Music Round-UpFestival News
Hevy Festival have made their first line-up announcement. This year's festival will include: Converge, Will Haven, Protest The Hero, Deaf Havana, A Wilhelm Scream, Verse, The Chariot, Deez Nuts, Set Your Goals, Trapped Under Ice, Pianos Become The Teeth, Balance and Composure, Sharks, Last Witness and Crocus.

The latest batch of bands for Nottingham's Hit The Deck Festival have been announced. Added to the original line-up were: Cancer Bats, Arse Full Of Chips, Bat Sabbath, Bury Tomorrow, Campus, The Dangerous Summer, Heights, I Am The Avalanche, Perry Bryan (Acoustic), Rolo Tomassi, Spycatcher, Straight Lines, TRC, Verses and William Bailey (Acoustic).

The King Blues, Kids In Glass Houses and Modestep will headline this year's Redfest. Young Guns, Crowns, Don Broco and Straight Lines are also amongst the bands added this week. Head here to see the line-up in full.

Canterbury and Fei Comodo have been added to the line-up for Takedown Twenty Twelve in Southampton.

Watch Me Vs Hero's video for "My Warren Sense Is Tingling" here. The band will begin to record demos for their new album next month.

Fighting Fiction will release their self-titled debut album on the 27th of February through Xtra Mile Recordings.

Also, Red City Radio's manchester show was cancelled but they're hinting at a support slot that date in Manchester instead (see Facebook).

Bowling For Soup rules. Their acoustic shows are a blast. It's almost like a comedy show.
