I'm thinking of minoring in psychology with my major being nursing. Not really sure what the point of a minor is tbh, but I do enjoy psychology!

I'm a biotechnology major, but I love going to the psych majors lab and doing their tests for money. Their research is pretty sweet.

Has anyone done the GRE Psych Subject Test? If so, how did you study for it?

Graduating in December with my BA in social psych, start my graduate program in counseling psych with a certificate in addiction studies in January.

Psychology is the bees knees. Just make sure you love it - grad school can be a long journey. An undergraduate and graduate degree in psychology was 9 years of school for me. When I started I didn't even consider how bleak the job prospects would be. Still, I love this area, and am ultimately very happy with having chosen this path. Cheers!

I took it about 2 years ago. I'm not sure if it's changed since then, but I bought the Kaplan study book with the CD and I thought that was pretty helpful in refreshing a lot of the concepts I had forgotten from undergrad.
