I think the news post was supposed to say, "The Offspring, fronted by what is sure to be an out-of-breath and sunglassed Dexter Holland, have been confirmed for the Soundwave Festival."

Soundwave always has great line-ups but an absurd amount of complainers. I follow their Facebook page just to read the comments even though it makes me want to rip my hair out.
