Grindcore nihilists Pig Destroyer released their fifth album, Book Burner, last week via Relapse Records. The deluxe edition comes with an EP of classic hardcore/punk covers, including Black Flag, Misfits, Minor Threat, Circle Jerks, Angry Samoans, Negative Approach and Void. Actually, my only gripe is with the production. It sounded a lot better at 192 than at 320.
